About the Zendure AB1000 Add-On Battery

The Zendure AB1000 is a high-quality LiFePO4 battery designed to store excess energy generated from balcony power systems. Enabled by SolarFlow technology, it allows for the utilization of solar energy from mini PV systems not just during the day but also at night or in low sunlight conditions. The stored energy is used to power electrical consumers, ensuring a continuous energy supply. Operation requires a Smart PV Hub (sold separately), at least one solar panel, and a microinverter.

How Does SolarFlow Work?

During the day, energy generated by PV modules is directed through the Smart PV Hub to the microinverter, converting it into usable alternating current. Excess energy is stored in the batteries for later use, especially at night. This intelligent energy management can lead to significant savings on electricity bills and supports the power supply of a wide range of household appliances.

Compatibility and Installation

Thanks to universal MC4 connectors, the system is compatible with 99% of all balcony power systems, including well-known brands like Hoymiles, DEYE, Priwatt. The seamless integration of existing systems and the compact, stackable design facilitate installation and minimize wiring effort.

Waterproof Protection and App Control

The rugged metal surface of the PowerHub and batteries provides IP65 protection against dust and water, allowing for flexible installation both indoors and outdoors. The Zendure App enables monitoring of SolarFlow, adjustment of settings, and determination of optimal system configurations.
