The Wattstone 15 Degree Concrete Base (MPN 7002N) provides you with a stable substructure for your solar modules while offering maximum flexibility. With this innovative product, you can significantly simplify the installation, as no drilling of the roof structure is required. Instead, you use the high-quality L-stones with integrated M8 threads to securely attach your PV modules.

Installation Instructions

Traditional PV surface mounts usually require anchoring, gluing, or ballasting on the roof. With the robust concrete bases from Wattstone, these steps are completely eliminated. The concrete base lies securely on smooth bitumen, PVC, EPDM, and smooth concrete, both under dry and wet conditions.

Required Components for Mounting a PV Module

• 2 Wattstone concrete bases
• 4 suitable end clamps for modules, each with M8 screws and washers
• 8 building protection mats pads (dimensions: 150x150x5mm, made of rubber granulate)
• 1 angle wrench 6mm

Integrated M8 Threads

The integrated M8 threads in the concrete base serve for the secure attachment of PV modules. Two threads for module attachment and one thread for the optional installation of cable ducts or wind deflectors on the back are already cast in.
