Shipping Costs NYLYN is committed to providing value to our customers, which is why we offer free shipping on orders exceeding 500 Euros. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and added at the time of checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times: Please note that our estimated delivery times for orders range from 3 to 14 days. These time frames can vary depending on the final destination and the specific product ordered. As we rely on external suppliers for our stock, we may experience variations in delivery times based on their availability and dispatch schedules. Order Tracking While we aim to provide tracking information for all orders, please note that some orders may be shipped without the ability to be tracked. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Packaging All our products are shipped in their original manufacturer's packaging. This practice ensures that the items you receive are of the highest quality and have not been tampered with during transit.

Damaged or Lost Items Our team takes great care to inspect each item before shipping. In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, we request that you take photographs of the damage without opening the package and contact us immediately. NYLYN will bear all costs associated with the return and replacement of damaged goods.
