Important Note on Disposal
You are legally obliged to return batteries. These can be returned after use at our point of sale or at a local municipal collection point. Batteries and accumulators do not belong in household waste. Consumers are obliged to return used batteries. Returns can be made to us or to the public collection points of the municipality.
According to § 10 of the Battery Act, a deposit of 7.50 Euro including sales tax must be collected by the seller if no used starter battery is present at the time of purchase. If no deposit is collected because the old battery was properly disposed of or an old-for-new exchange took place, this amount is not deductible from the purchase price.
