The Victron Battery-Protect BP-220 is the ideal solution to protect your batteries from complete discharge. This intelligent device disconnects the battery from less important consumers before it is critically discharged, thereby preventing damage. In addition, the integrated overvoltage protection ensures that the load is switched off at 16V or 32V battery voltage.

Technical Specifications
• Automatic detection of voltage range for 12V and 24V batteries
• Alarm output activated for undervoltage for more than 12 seconds
• Load disconnect and reconnect delay: 90 seconds after alarm activation, 30 seconds after exceeding the reconnect value
• Note: When used with voltage converters, problems with the re-enable function may occur.
Recommended Settings For Different Battery Types
For AGM/Gel batteries, we recommend a disconnect threshold of 11.5V. For lithium batteries (LiFePO4), a disconnect threshold of 12.0V should be used. Always check the battery manufacturer's recommendations.
