Discover the intelligent SmartShunt 500A from Victron Energy, which provides you with all important information about your battery conveniently via your mobile phone or the VictronConnect-App. With this smart battery monitor, you have effortless access to all monitored battery parameters, including:

Waterproof Battery Monitor

The SmartShunt is waterproof according to IP65 and represents an excellent solution for BMV battery monitoring. Especially in systems where battery monitoring is necessary, but less wiring and clutter are desired.

Why Battery Monitoring?

The VictronConnect App

To set up and monitor the SmartShunt, the VictronConnect-App is essential. The connection can be established in the following ways:

  • USB, via the optional interface
  • Remotely via a GX device and the VRM-Portal

The app is available for the following platforms:

  • Android
  • Apple iOS (USB is not supported, only Bluetooth)
  • MacOS
  • Windows (Bluetooth is not supported, only USB)

You can download the app in the respective App Stores or on the Victron product page. Alternatively, a QR code is available. Instructions for the VictronConnect-App can also be found in the appendix.
