Integrated Grid Priority Switching
A special highlight of the SMI ST-NVS is the integrated grid priority switching. This allows your power system to automatically draw energy from the grid when connected, preserving the batteries. If no grid power is available, the device automatically switches back to battery operation. The behavior of the NVS can be flexibly adjusted, allowing for various configurations according to needs.

The devices operate with the latest technology in switched mode. Thanks to microprocessor control and modern SMD technology, the design is compact and lightweight. Noise and friction-optimized fans ensure perfect cooling and trouble-free continuous operation. Integrated protection circuits monitor thermal and electrical loads as well as overloads and short circuits.
Flexible Installation
The display panel can be easily removed and reinserted in the desired position. In hard-to-reach installations, the panel can also be used as a remote control. For this purpose, it is connected with a 5 m long control cable and mounted at the desired location. An additional remote control can be connected optionally.
