The Wattstone 0 Degree Concrete Base (MPN 7003N) offers a stable base for your solar modules and maximum flexibility. With this solution, you save yourself the drilling of the roof structure and benefit from easy installation. The high-quality L-stones with integrated M8 threads ensure that you can effortlessly install your solar modules.

Assembly and Adaptation

The Flat Roof Mounting System is ideal for the individual mounting of one or more solar modules in any orientation. The 0 degree tilt angle optimizes the energy generation of your solar system.

Assembly Requirements

For the assembly of a PV module, you need the following components:

• 2 WATTSTONE Concrete Bases
• 4 suitable Module End Clamps with M8 Screws and Washers
• 8 Building Protection Mat Pads (Dimensions 150x150x5mm)
• 1 Allen Key 6mm

Special Features

The integrated M8 threads in the concrete base ensure secure fastening of the PV modules. Additionally, 2 threads for module fastening and 1 thread for the optional mounting of cable ducts or wind deflectors are already cast in.

Certification

The concrete base is wind tunnel tested (DIN EN 1991-1-4: 2021) and the friction coefficient was tested.
